CAPT SUMISHA SHANKAR
I am an Army veteran, who believes in leading by example whether it’s in the battlefield or in matters of inner transformation. I have been researching the synthesis of various training techniques for over a decade now.
My first inner transformation projects which gave me the impetus to move ahead was with the inmates of Arthur Road & Byculla Jail, Mumbai in 2011.
My versatile background and life-long training in the field of performing arts and yoga have given me an insight into connecting the dots and help people rediscover their passion and unleash their potential.
I am indebted to my mother who is my first “GURU” and an internationally renowned folk singer and father is a scientist who holds a specialization in “Air-breathing fish”.
With a holistic approach and a contemporary perspective, I with my team Antardhwani curate immersions and events on the springboard of Army disciple combined with the kaleidoscope of creative tools.
